Synopsis
Chu Hong, a modern-day stay-at-home man, travels back in time to Youyan and finds himself in the midst of a crisis involving Empress Mu Qingxue, who is being pressured by Chancellor Sima Yan to marry for political reasons. To protect the empress, who looks like his first love, Chu Hong takes on the task of securing provisions. He uses his modern knowledge and items to solve problems, and he also maneuvers in the imperial court to outwit the villains, helping the empress defend Youyan.
